When Bill Gates talks, people listen! Now maybe people will believe what we already know, that it’s the teacher in the classroom who will make or break education. As the leaders of the schools, how will you ensure that the kids in your school experience excellent teaching in every class, every day? What will you do to ensure that your staff is committed to continuous improvement?
